Countdown to Marriage….2 Days!!

Good morning everyone, I hope that everyone is staying dry and warm in this cold weather!  Running in this weather after the weekend we just had is difficult and i’m struggling with that and the fact that i’m running around like a chicken with its head cut off for the wedding.  I will be running six miles right after work today and I hope to do a little pick up in the 4th mile to see where I am at in terms of fitness. 

I hope everyone in continuing to check out www.runmarkrun.com and also www.nwhcm.org to see what this training and race in May is all about.  I also ask everyone to pray for everything going on around the world lately.  I know it is hard imagine all of the things happening around the world but I pray that we trust in Him and place all of our fears, worries, and concerns in His mighty hands.
