Mullelly: March 16th 2011

In ten days I will be a married man!  Pretty Exciting. I am very blessed to have found someone who I love and who is beyond amazing in so many ways, I am truly blessed.

In terms of running I have been having trouble finding consistancy in my training.  When I do run I get in the mileage and hills but I have to stop missing days here and there if I am going to compete well.  Yesterday I did a 6miler and felt terrible even though in reality I was very consistant in my pace which is especially important at the end of the run.
