Wilkerson Here:  Have a great friend in business and in the Lord who is supporting our efforts for Haiti.  He is asking business colleagues to help out.  Supporting one another is key to our togetherness.  We are all asked to do so much because there is so much need.  I am grateful for his help, your help and the help that goes to other great causes.  I am grateful that people recognize their blessings and give out of their gratitude.  Really doesn’t matter where.  It matters that they give back and forward.  I have a friend who ends his communications by stating, “there is no end to the good we might do”.   Thanks for going and pledging to support this work. 

Training:  Good day.  Great weather.  20 lap swim without stopping (used pull buoy) then a 12 mile, avg 15 mph,  bike ride, OUTSIDE!  It was nice.
