Wilkerson Here:  Can’t believe how much spam and trash we get in the comments section of this blog.  We get more comments that are useless and of no account than we get real comments.   They try to make it look like someone who is really interested when all they want is a response which will get you more trash and I mean TRASH.    I am always reminded of what the Lord said to Cain when he didn’t do what God wanted.  The Lord said to him, “sin is crouching at your door and desires to have you” Gen 4:7  Sin desires to have us!  So get ready for it.  It comes every way possible.  Even to a Christian blog. 

Training:  Big day.  Got up and did 40 minutes of stuff on the treadmill.  Some incline fast walking, sprinted straight aways and some jog.  Then tonight a 24 lap swim.  3X 8 laps.  Went to a foot specialist today.  We’ll see.  About ready to see a witch doctor.
