Training:  In Buenos Aires.  Ran this morning and did intervals to work some on speed.  Still sluggish from the long trip.  Walked a running route for the morning.  This is a major city like New York so a lot of concrete.  Noticed that people here don’t pick up after their dogs.  Will have to pay attention when running on the streets.
