Wilkerson Here:  “If a man shuts his ears to the cry of the poor, he too will cry out and not be answered”  -Proverbs 21:13-   I have been reading some of the blogs and catching up at NWHCM.org.  This is the mission we work with and support their efforts.  Reading the different blogs and news from the people is deeply moving.  It is amazing just what these people do for the sake of others.  How they extend themselves to minister to the physical needs of the Haitians is incredible.  We thank you for having your ears open to the cry of the poor. 

Training:  Did 3 miles this morning on hard concrete.  Legs are starting to feel it.  Two of my running friends made it up and out with me this morning.  They are both much faster but were very kind and stayed at a pace I could tolerate.
