Wilkerson Here:  Mark Graham and his team are close to going to Haiti as you can read from his Blog entry just before this on runmarkrun.com.  We have moved the thermometer up but still not over that $10,000 mark.  Appreciate you support and efforts to pass this on to everyone you can. 

Training:  Ran for 40 minutes this morning.  Did some intervals and walked some steep inclines.
